Chartering manager

Are you experienced shipping specialist, willing to join an international team of professionals – SHAMROCK is a great place to work.
Tasks / Responsibilities:
- Chartering the most optimal vessel and work out most competitive freight rate for transporting chemicals by sea. This includes liaising with a variety of shipowners/shipbrokers, loading/discharge terminals, agents, STS and other service providers, independent surveyors
- Optimize ocean freight fixtures while meeting all sales and purchase requirements.
- Coordinate processes with traders and follow up on post-fixing issues (issuance of LOIs, demurrage claims settlement etc).
- Analysis - tracing of lube oil cargoes worldwide, collecting statistics of shipping
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial shipping - minimum 3 years experience in the chartering role
- Knowledge of chemical tankers market with deadweight of 3-20 kt
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English - any other languages would be an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP or similar software will be an advantage

This is an exciting opportunity for a young, ambitious and energetic individual who wishes to develop sales on the regional market with the support of a strong and experienced multinational sales team.
Duties:
- Developing and marketing company's products to existing and potential customers in the region
- Credit check evaluation and procedures
- Negotiation of contracts including prices, quality, quantity, delivery, specifications and payment terms
- Research and investigation of the market and new customers including the investigations of demand, delivery mode, location and competitors information.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- 2/3 years working experience in a sales position
- Knowledge of lubricant market is an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP or similar CRM software is an advantage

Supply chain / lubricants production manager

We are looking for a self motivated and experienced specialist, who could manage the procurement, production, quality supervision and inventory control for all products supplied to our customers.
This opportunity offers working closely with the traders, oil refineries, storage terminals, quality surveyors. You will need to ensure that we buy the right product at the right price, at the right time and we have enough storage space to keep it in stock. You will need to supervise quality assurance and blending procedures, making sure, that every step of the process is functioning.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience required
- University degree
- Preference will be given to candidates having experience in a supply chain / manufacturing position in the lubricants business. His/her knowledge and understanding of the sector and expertise in selecting the right and most cost effective material with allow him/her to coordinate the blend and the purchase/logistics of raw materials and additives.

- Organise the loadings and deliveries of lubricants to customers by truck, container and vessel. This includes liaising with a variety of parties such as transportation companies, suppliers, customers, loading terminals, independent inspectors and make sure all instructions have been sent to relevant parties. Coordinate processes and follow up on issuance of documents required and products deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Tasks/Responsibilities
Day to day management and administration of the bank's trade finance facilities and instruments. This involves the management, administration and processing of daily transactions relating to trade finance.
Customers and countries assessment from the financial point of view
Build on and develop relationships with local banks where we are exporting our products and negotiating credit terms with them.
Requirements
- Master degree
- Banking background
- Experience in opening, amending and negotiating documentary letters of credit
- Experience with South America/Africa/Asia + experience in working with countries with currency control
- Experience with Credit insurance/Collectors/factoring companies
